Bar staff were very slow nobody co ordinating the bar spent a lot of time joking with each when serving customers. Empty glasses were left on vacated tables for long periods, one table next to me had half dozen glasses left on the table for more than half an hour. Seemed to be no one actually managing.

Very disappointed I have been here before but this particular eve was not good. If you are going to charge premium rates for cocktails you need to make sure you have all the ingredients & you make the properly. As if that want bad enough drunk people at the bar caused someone in my party to wear some of my very expensive cocktail & bar staff did nothing. There are plenty of other bars & I will going anywhere else

Unfortunately myself and guests were really unhappy with slug and lettuce as a venue. When we arrived at 7.30pm there was very little food left, and the kitchen was out of most of the food options. When we arrived at 7.30pm there was very little food left, and the kitchen was out of most of the food options. The staff just told us that they were very busy that day but this is not acceptable. On a Saturday night the venue should be prepared for it being busy. Myself and some of the guests are vegetarian and there was only one vegetarian option left for us to order. The kitchen also shut... very early at 8pm meaning some of my guests had to go elsewhere for dinner. I was not told at the time of booking how early the kitchen closed. If I had known this I would have chosen elsewhere. The table we were sat at was right by the door meaning we were cold with the door opening regularly.
